WARNING: River Valley Ordance

Has anyone else out there got taken by River Valley Ordance out of Harvest,MO.? I placed an order over the phone(they don't have internet ordering) in Sept. They charged my card and I didn't get any product. I'm having to go thru the credit card co. to try and get my money back. So anyone else out there beware. Terrybear
